At Artisanal Marocain, we are proud of the quality of the handicrafts we create. If you are not completely satisfied with the piece you received, we are here to help you according to the terms below.
1. General Return Conditions
For a product to be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:
- The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
- The piece must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same secure packaging in which you received it.
- Products showing signs of use or damage cannot be returned.
2. Non-Returnable Products
Due to the nature of our products, there are exceptions not covered by the right of return:
- Custom Orders (Bespoke): Any product manufactured and engraved specifically for you based on requested sizes or colors cannot be returned (except in the case of a clear manufacturing error on our part).
- Discounted products during final sale periods.
3. Refund Mechanism and Shipping Costs
Once we receive the returned piece and verify its integrity, we will refund the amount to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
If you change your mind, you will bear the return shipping cost. If the piece is defective, we will cover all expenses.
4. How to Calculate Return Costs
If the return is due to a personal choice (change of mind), the customer bears the return shipping cost, which is deducted from the total refunded amount. Use the estimated calculator below:

Note: This calculation is an estimate and assumes a change of mind. The actual return shipping cost depends on the weight and your location. If the product is defective, we refund the full amount and cover the shipping.
